What’s included

8 hour rental of the mansion from 3pm-11pm (additional mansion rental $300/hr).

*Buffet style dinner service: 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 2 sides, & house salad

**4 and a half hour open bar with 2 domestic beers, red and white wine, soft drinks, and water. (each additional hour $12/person/hour, add liquor for $10/person).

Champagne or cider toast.

Iced water with dinner.

After dinner coffee.

Table setup and tear down w/linens

Use of full property.

Buffet, gift, dessert, coffee and place card tables with linens.

Custom made rustic or traditional silver chaffers.

White china, polished silverware and glassware.

Full access to 3 private bridal suites.

All season heated and air conditioned tent with private parking.

*We have a caterer on-site, and do not allow any outside catering.
